Life is a test

As we wait for the day,
Preparations in life must be conveyed.
Even sorrows we may meet in the way,
But the message of life must be relayed.
Remember always that life is a test.

Be relentless and keep running,
Towards the goal that you have been looking.
Don’t let the battle in life be lost without a battle,
For this life is worth everything,
So bear in mind that life is a test.

Day and night the heart must be in guard,
So that to every trial you will surely survive.
Watching and waiting as well as marching forward,
Even your knees start to buckle still be alive.
Always know that life is a test.
